The blue nazar amulet, also called an evil-eye bead, belongs to a rich, shared cultural vocabulary. EVILEYE takes inspiration from that symbol to imagine a creative community.
The talisman is a metaphor. Holding a token cannot protect a wallet, prevent losses or change market outcomes. The value of this community would come from what people build and experience together.

The new allocation is community 35%, team 15%, investors 15%, treasury 20%, liquidity 10% and partnerships 5%. Charity and direct assistance are proposed treasury activities, replacing the former separate charity allocation. Budgets and release schedules remain pending.

A TREASURY WITH PURPOSE
Culture, care and lasting work.
The treasury holds 200,000,000 EVY (20%). It is a token reserve, not a cash donation fund. Each activity needs available funding, an approved budget, a responsible organizer and evidence of delivery. No fixed split among activities is promised.
Cultural, faith & social gatherings
Explore art carnivals, community celebrations and voluntary religious or faith-inspired gatherings with local partners. Participation must respect different beliefs and require no token purchase. Begin with a small online pilot; physical events need a costed plan, permissions, accessibility and attendee safety.
Support verified charities
Assess the organization, its needs and its ability to use the proposed aid. Obtain acceptance through official channels and verify recipient custody. Record the approved amount, transfer and acknowledgment separately; disclose cash actually received independently from token quantities. No charity partnership is confirmed.
Direct help, with dignity
Consider essential food, treatment, education and temporary emergency support. Use clear need-based criteria, proportionate checks and a conflict-of-interest review. Where practical, pay a verified provider directly. Never require token ownership, religious participation, public photographs or disclosure of private medical records as a condition of aid.
Build useful community resources
Evaluate small artist grants, digital-safety education, open-source tools, accessibility and language improvements. Define deliverables and review completed work before further funding. Keep development costs distinct from aid so neither is presented as the other.
From proposal to public report
Publish the purpose, budget ceiling, funding source, responsible party and expected result before approval. The proposed treasury uses independently controlled multisignature keys; this control is not yet implemented. Record approved payments, receipts, unused funds and outcomes, protecting beneficiary identities. Community feedback is advisory until a governance system is actually deployed.
Events, prayer and charitable work can create social meaning; they do not change contract security or guarantee a higher token price. Start small, measure participation and useful outcomes, and expand only when actual resources allow.

Does EVY carry spiritual meaning and positive energy?
For community members who connect with the nazar symbol, EVY represents good intentions, hope and a personal sense of positive energy. This spiritual meaning belongs to shared belief and lived experience; it is not a measurable property of the token or a guarantee of protection for your assets.
Can I buy or claim the token?
No mainnet EVY token or official liquidity pool has launched. A legacy test token exists on Base Sepolia and does not represent this revised allocation. No sale, claim form or airdrop is open.
How does the spiritual meaning of EVY grow through events?
Shared celebrations, voluntary prayers and wishes, cultural or faith gatherings, and acts of kindness can deepen the meaning members attach to EVY. Through participation and helping others, its spiritual significance becomes richer as a shared community experience. This does not change contract security or guarantee a higher market price.
Where is the project based?
This is an early-stage online community concept. No country of incorporation or legal entity is being claimed. Operator information must be settled before a financial launch.
