This revision replaces the previous founder, charity and market split. The earlier fixed charity-wallet distribution is no longer an active commitment. Charitable support is assessed within the treasury budget; no separate charitable percentage or per-recipient token entitlement is specified. The investor and partnership categories describe reserves, not completed deals.
The total project budget remains USD 2,000 including setup; paid advertising has no allocated budget. The 100,000,000 EVY liquidity reserve (10%) is not a cash deposit or an instruction to place the entire reserve into a pool. Available cash after setup, trading pair, pool size, price, LP ownership and any liquidity lock remain pending. Treasury token balances cannot be assumed convertible to cash at a displayed market price.
